Susan returned to college after working many years in corporate sales environments. Realizing that she was more interested in her customers' stories than the products she was selling, she earned a degree in human resources and career facilitation to become self-employed, connecting people with jobs they love. After completing her education, Susan volunteered at Southern NH Services as an employment counselor and was later hired on a grant written to employ her. Susan’s passion for helping others through employment facilitation grew into a successful business focusing on resume services. Having worked in equipment sales for law enforcement nationwide, she gained a knowledge of law enforcement terminology and enjoyed working with that population. Susan continued to build a network with public servants for resume writing, and now her focus is on career transitions for police officers and firefighters.

Susan’s husband, Bill, handles the marketing and offers his expertise from his past experiences. Bill served in the United States Marine Corps, worked in sales for many years, and is a retired volunteer firefighter and an honorary member of his department.
